Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency (DMASWA) is located at 101 Airborne Road, Dubuque, IA 52003. The landfill is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The landfill is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Fees

The DMASWA is not tax-supported and is financed by the fees charged for services. The following pricing structure will be effective starting July 01, 2023:
