• Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Flammable liquids
• Corrosive materials
• Infectious waste
• Large appliances (refrigerators, freezers, stoves, etc.)
• Tires
• Batteries
• Electronics
• Yard waste

Transfer Station Waste Disposal Rates:

• Household waste: $25 per ton
• Construction and demolition debris: $50 per ton
• Yard waste: $15 per ton
• Tires: $10 per tire
• Batteries: $1 per pound
• Electronics: $0.50 per pound

The Jackson County Transfer Station & Recycling Center offers recycling services for the following materials:

• Paper
• Cardboard
• Plastic
• Metal
• Glass

Additional Information:

• Residents of Jackson County are required to have a valid ID to use the transfer station.
• Commercial haulers are required to have a permit to use the transfer station.
• The transfer station is open to the public, but there is a fee for disposal of waste.
