North Royalton Recycling Drop-Off Station Hours
The North Royalton Recycling Drop-Off Station is open to residents only on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please bring your driver’s license as proof of residency.
Accepted Items at the North Royalton Recycling Drop-Off Station
The following items are accepted at the North Royalton Recycling Drop-Off Station:
- In-Home Recycling: Cans, glass, cartons, paper and boxes, and plastic bottles, jugs, and tubs
- Excess Household Trash
- Computers and Electronics
- Scrap Metal
- Household Hazardous Waste
- Yard Waste
Please note:
- All trash and yard waste must be contained. No loose materials will be accepted.
- Commercial trucks or businesses will not be accepted.
In-Home Recycling
The following items can be dropped off for in-home recycling:
- Cans
- Glass
- Cartons
- Paper and boxes
- Plastic bottles, jugs, and tubs
Computers and Electronics
The following computers and electronics can be dropped off for recycling:
- Desktops, towers, laptops
- Monitors, keyboards, and peripherals
- Printers, modems, tablets, e-readers
- Telecom devices, networking equipment, cables
- Cell phones, video game systems, ink cartridges
Televisions can be recycled for a fee.
Scrap Metal
The following scrap metal items can be dropped off for recycling:
- Steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum
Household Hazardous Waste
The following household hazardous waste items can be dropped off for recycling:
- Oil or solvent-based paints, sealers, primers, or coatings (aerosols or liquids)
- Varnishes, polyurethanes, shellacs
- Paint thinner, mineral spirits, turpentine
- Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides
- Caustic household cleaners, pool chemicals
- Cooking oils and grease
- Adhesives, roof tar, driveway sealer
- Kerosene, gasoline, lighter fluid, mercury
Please note:
- LATEX PAINT, automotive fluids, motor oil, car batteries, tires, explosives, gun powder, ammunition, flares, medical waste, pharmaceuticals, sharps, and radioactive waste are NOT accepted.
- Latex paint can be disposed of in your regular trash after it has been dried out.
Yard Waste
Yard waste can be dropped off at the North Royalton Recycling Drop-Off Station.
