Portsmouth Transfer Station
The Portsmouth Transfer Station is located at 305 Hedly St and is open to both Portsmouth residents and non-residents. The transfer station accepts a variety of waste materials, including:

Hours of Operation:
- Monday, Friday, Saturday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM

The Portsmouth Transfer Station charges a fee for waste disposal based on the type and weight of the material. Residents can purchase Transfer Station stickers, which allow for unlimited disposal of household waste, for an annual fee.
