Ramsey County operates seven yard waste collection sites that are open to Ramsey County residents, as well as Hennepin County residents who live in Saint Anthony Village. Washington County residents may also use the Arden Hills, Battle Creek, Frank & Sims, and White Bear Township collection sites for free.

What is Accepted at Ramsey County Dumps?
The following items are accepted at Ramsey County yard waste collection sites:
- Trees, branches, and shrubs (no roots)
- Leaves, grass, pumpkins, and garden waste (including houseplants)
- Food scraps
Note: State law prohibits leaves, grass clippings, brush, and other plant material from being mixed with your trash.
