You can dispose of the following items at collection sites:

What Can’t You Dispose of at Collection Sites?

You cannot dispose of the following items at collection sites:

• Tires
• Oil
• Hazardous waste

You can bring these items to the Solid Waste & Recycling Center located at 2040 NE Rocky Ford Road.

Madison County Regional Landfill

Madison County also has a Regional Landfill located in Greenville, Florida. The landfill is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.

You can dispose of the following items at the landfill:

• Construction and demolition debris
• Yard waste
• Commercial waste

Fees

There is no charge to dispose of household garbage at collection sites or the landfill. However, there is a fee to dispose of construction and demolition debris and commercial waste at the landfill.
