  • Bagged leaves
  • Grass clippings

Pennsville Recycling Program

In addition to trash disposal, the Pennsville dump also offers a recycling program. The following materials are accepted for recycling:

  • Newspaper and paper
  • Cardboard (no wax)

  • Glass bottles and jars any color
  • Aluminum and tin cans

Note: These items should be placed in one container for pick-up.

Bulk Item Disposal

Bulk items, such as furniture, appliances, and mattresses, require special stickers for disposal at the Pennsville dump. These stickers can be purchased at the Township Tax Office, Acme, Pennsville Community Hardware, and Scoops. Each sticker costs $1.50.

Leaf Collection

The Pennsville Highway Department provides leaf collection services in the fall season, typically from mid-October to December 31st. Leaves should be placed at the curb line, not in the street, away from parked cars. Residents can also bag their leaves and bring them to the Industrial Road Complex during regular business hours.

Snow Removal

During snow events, the Pennsville Highway Department asks residents to make every attempt to park vehicles in driveways or off the street to aid in snow removal efforts.
