Town of Hamilton Dump Hours
The Town of Hamilton dump is open to residents of Hamilton only. No commercial companies are allowed. The dump is open on the last Wednesday of each month from April through October, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Fees
There is a $5 minimum fee for all materials dropped off at the dump. In addition, there is a per-ton tipping fee for certain materials, such as construction and demolition debris. For more information on fees, please visit the Town of Hamilton website.
Materials Accepted
The Town of Hamilton dump accepts a variety of materials, including:
- Branches
- Brush
- Grass clippings
- Mulch
- Compost
- Soil
- Stones
Leaves are not accepted at the dump.
Other Information
- The dump is located at 500 Chebacco Road in Hamilton.
- If snow is still on the ground, the dump will not be open.
- Please separate materials into separate piles.
- You must provide your own labor for unloading materials.
- Due to safety concerns, salvaging is not permitted once waste is placed into containers.
