How to Get to the Adams Circle Trash Dump

The Adams Circle trash dump is located at 2010 Adams Circle in Covington, GA. To get there, take I-20 to Exit 91 (Covington Bypass). Turn left onto Covington Bypass and travel for approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Adams Circle and the dump will be on your left.

Additional Information

  • The Adams Circle trash dump is for Newton County residents only.
  • Commercial businesses are not allowed to use the dump.
  • A vehicle hang tag is required to enter the dump. Hang tags can be purchased online, by mail, or in person at the Newton County Historic Courthouse.
  • Up to 10 bags of trash per week are allowed.
  • Bulk items that fit into the bed of a pickup truck are acceptable.
  • Once a month, a large bulk item (i.e., mattress & box spring or sofa & chair) may be dropped off after the attendant completes paperwork noting the user’s hang tag information.
  • Containers are available for recycling metal, aluminum, cardboard, newspaper, plastic, and glass.
  • Yard clippings and brush less than 6 inches in diameter and 6 feet in length may be dropped off at the dump.
