Admaston Bromley Dump Hours: Find Out When to Dispose of Your Waste

Admaston Bromley offers several landfill sites for residents to dispose of their waste. The hours of operation for these sites vary, so it’s important to know when they are open before you make a trip.

Here are the hours of operation for each landfill site:

• Osceola Landfill
  • Summer Hours (May 1st to September 30th): Wednesday – 12:00 – 8:00 pm, Saturday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Winter Hours (October 1st to April 30th): Saturday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Douglas Landfill
  • Summer Hours (May 1st to September 30th): Wednesday – 5 – 8:00 pm, Saturday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Winter Hours (October 1st to April 30th): Saturday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Stone Road Landfill
  • Summer Hours (May 1st to September 30th): Wednesday & Sunday – 12:00 – 8:00 pm, Saturday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Winter Hours (October 1st to April 30th): Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please note: All household garbage must be in garbage bags. All sites are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Canada Day.

Tipping Fee Schedule

There is a tipping fee for disposing of waste at the landfill sites. The fee varies depending on the type of waste and the amount of waste being disposed of. You can find the current tipping fee schedule on the Admaston Bromley website: https://admastonbromley.com/waste-and-recycling/

Contractor Landfill Site Disposal Request

Contractors who need to dispose of waste from a residence, commercial or institutional property located within the Township of Admaston/Bromley must complete a Contractor Landfill Site Disposal Request prior to being permitted to dispose of the material. This includes demolition debris, shingles, home and/or estate clean-up, etc. regardless of the quantity.

The Township is NOT permitted to accept material generated outside the municipality per MECP Environmental Compliance Approval certificate.

Household Hazardous Waste Depot

The Household Hazardous Waste Depot is located at 376 Bruce Street and is open from May 8th to August 28th. Admaston/Bromley residents can use the depot to dispose of household hazardous waste, such as paint, batteries, and pesticides.

Recycling

The Township of Admaston/Bromley offers a Blue Box recycling program. Residents can recycle a variety of materials, including paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal.
