Residential Trash Collection

- Premium Service
- Drive-up service for participating residents
- Monthly rate: $59.00
Collection Guidelines
Residents must follow specific guidelines to ensure efficient trash pick up:
- Place carts at the edge of the alley or curb by 6 a.m. on scheduled collection days
- Ensure cart lids are closed
- Leave two feet of space between carts and other objects
- Remove carts from the curb within 24 hours after collection
- All household garbage must be bagged and tied
Recycling Services
FCC is committed to environmental sustainability, recycling over 500,000 tons in 2024 alone. Their recycling services include:
- Bi-weekly recycling collection
- Cardboard recycling (limited to one 50-pound bundle per week)
