Glocester Transfer Station
The Glocester Transfer Station is located at 121 Chestnut Hill Road, Chepachet, RI 02814. The transfer station is open Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm. The transfer station is closed on Monday and Friday.
Fees
There are no fees associated with using the Glocester Transfer Station. However, there are fees associated with disposing of certain items at the transfer station. These fees are as follows:
- Tires: $5 for small tires, $10 for medium tires, $75 for large tires, and $100 for off-road tires.
- Mattresses and box springs: $50 each.
- Propane tanks: $10 each.
- Automotive oil and filters: $5 per gallon.
