October to End March:

  • Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 4 pm
  • Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm

Bank Holidays:

  • Open usual hours (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day)

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve:

  • Close at 1 pm

Vehicle Restrictions at the Heathfield Dump

To ensure safety and efficiency, the Heathfield dump has implemented the following vehicle restrictions:

  • Vans are only permitted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Van drivers must bring photo ID (e.g., driving license) and one other form of ID (e.g., utility bill or Council Tax bill).
  • Vehicle height barrier of 2 meters (6 feet, 6 inches). Taller vehicles will only be permitted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, provided they meet other site requirements. Blue Badge holders with taller vehicles are permitted entrance on any day.
  • Vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 3500kg or above are not permitted.
  • No vehicles with Luton, flatbed, or tipper bodies.
  • Trailers must be no more than 1.8 meters (6 feet) in length, excluding the tow bar.
