Howard Dump Hours of Operation

The Howard Dump is open to the public during the following hours:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Howard Dump Fees

• Local Elk County residential use:
  • Minimum, ½ & ¾ ton pick-up, small trailers: $20.00 per load
  • 1 ½ & 2 ton trucks (Six Wheeler): $30.00 per load
  • Small dumpers and 10 wheeler: $40.00 per load
• Non-local and contractor use:
  • Minimum, ½ & ¾ ton pick-up, small trailers: $30.00 per load
  • 1 ½ – 2 ton trucks, 6 wheeler: $40.00 per load
  • 10 wheeler: $75.00 per load
  • End dumper (Semi): $150.00 per load
