The Lower Richland Drop-Off Center accepts the same materials as the C&D Landfill Drop-Off Center, with the following exceptions:
- No trailers larger than 8 feet in length are permitted.
- No commercial waste is accepted.

There are no fees for residential drop-off at the Richland County C&D Landfill Drop-Off Center or the Lower Richland Drop-Off Center. However, commercial waste is subject to fees.
