Here are the hours for the two Island County dumps:
- Coupeville Solid Waste Complex: 9:30 AM to 5 PM daily, exceptions 2024 Holiday Hours & Closures (pdf).
- North Whidbey Solid Waste Dropbox & Recycle Park: 9:30 AM to 5 PM Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. Exceptions 2024 Holiday Hours & Closures (pdf).
Both dumps are closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
What to Bring to the Dump
When you go to the dump, be sure to bring the following items:
- Proof of residency (if you’re an Island County resident)
