Ogden City residents have access to a convenient Green Waste Disposal Site for disposing of natural waste. The site is located at 1845 Monroe in Ogden, UT 84401.

Hours of Operation

The Green Waste Disposal Site is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The site is closed on holidays.

What is Accepted

The Green Waste Disposal Site accepts the following natural waste:

• Brush
• Leaves
• Grass
• Small tree branches

What is Not Accepted

The Green Waste Disposal Site does not accept the following items:

• Roots
• Stumps
• Sod
• Dirt

Fees

There is no fee to use the Green Waste Disposal Site for Ogden City residents who pay garbage fees and have a green waste pass. Residents can use the site once a week per property.

How to Get a Green Waste Pass

To get a Green Waste pass, residents can visit the Public Works Building located at 133 W 29TH ST Ogden, UT 84401. Residents will need to bring the following:

• Picture ID
• Any Ogden City Utility bill that is in your name
• Current Email Address

In addition to the Green Waste Disposal Site, Ogden City residents can also dispose of other types of waste at the following locations:

• Dial-A-Dumpster: This service allows residents to rent a dumpster for a specific period of time. Dumpsters can be used to dispose of a variety of waste, including construction debris, yard waste, and household waste.
• Dump Pass: This pass allows residents to dispose of up to 1 ton of waste at the Weber County Landfill. Dump passes can be purchased at the Public Works Building.
• Recycling: Ogden City offers a curbside recycling program for residents. Residents can recycle a variety of materials, including paper, plastic, metal, and glass.
