Portsmouth Recycling Center Information
The Portsmouth Recycling Center is located at 680 Peverly Hill Road and is open to Portsmouth residents. To make access easier, residents can obtain a vehicle sticker for free by filling out an application and providing proof of residency. The sticker must be placed on the driver’s side windshield.
