Directions to the Old Dixie Highway Landfill and Convenience Center
The Old Dixie Highway Landfill and Convenience Center is located at 4189 Old Dixie Highway SE, Dalton, GA 30721. To get to the landfill, take I-75 to Exit 134 (Dalton). Then, turn right onto Old Dixie Highway SE. The landfill will be on your left.
Other Information
In addition to the information provided above, here are some other things to keep in mind when using the Old Dixie Highway Landfill and Convenience Center:
- The landfill is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- The landfill is for residential use only. Businesses are not allowed to use the landfill.
- You must sort your materials before you bring them to the landfill.
- You must unload your materials yourself.
- The landfill staff is not allowed to help you unload your materials.
