The Gunnison County Landfill is open to the public during the following hours:

- Sage-Grouse Hours (March 15th to May 15th)
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

*Tires and asbestos will not be accepted from sources outside Gunnison or Hinsdale County.
**Mattresses or box springs shall be charged a $29.00 handling fee per item in addition to the weight charge determined by the above rates.
***An Administration fee shall be collected once per year per type of single source waste that requires a special waste characterization.
