  • 121 Regional Disposal Facility
    • Melissa Landfill, 3820 Sam Rayburn Highway, Melissa, TX 75454
    • Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Saturday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Frisco dumps accept a wide range of household waste, including:

Fees and Requirements

  • Custer Road and Plano Pkwy Transfer Stations:
    • Frisco residents with a current water bill and matching driver’s license can dispose of up to 2 free loads per month.
    • Additional loads: $15 per load
  • 121 Regional Disposal Facility:
    • Frisco residents can obtain a landfill authorization letter from Environmental Services to waive the fees for 1 free drop-off per month.
    • Commercial accounts and construction debris are subject to fees.

Tips for Using the Dumps

  • Bring a valid Texas ID and a current copy of your Frisco water bill.
  • Cover your load before transporting it to the dump.
  • Unload your waste promptly and follow the instructions of the dump attendants.
  • Dispose of hazardous materials, such as batteries, paint, and chemicals, at the Household Chemical Disposal Center.
