The Conover Waste & Recycling Facility is located at 4655 Transfer Station Road and operates on the following schedule:

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Winter (After Labor Day – April 30):

The Conover dump accepts a wide range of waste materials, including:

• Compost Site: The Conover Compost Site is located at 4655 Transfer Station Road and is open from sunrise to sunset from May 1 to October 31. It accepts leaves, grass clippings, vegetable matter, and coffee grounds.
• Brush Site: The Brush Site is located at the same address as the Waste & Recycling Facility and is open during the same hours. It accepts tree branches under 6 inches in diameter and clean wood.
• Hazardous Waste: Hazardous waste is not accepted at the Conover dump. For information on disposing of hazardous waste, please contact the Oneida County Landfill at (715) 282-4944.
