Free Dump Week
Apache Junction residents can take advantage of free dump week four times a year. During this week, residents can drop off one load of trash, up to 500 pounds, for free. The dates for free dump week in 2023 are as follows:
- February 5-10
- May 6-11
- August 5-10
- November 4-9
Proof of Residency
In order to participate in free dump week, residents must provide proof of residency. This can be done by showing a water bill or other document that shows your address.
What is Accepted at the Landfill?
The Apache Junction Landfill accepts a variety of materials, including:
