For Chandler ratepayers, the first four (4) bulks and/or trash disposal visits to the RSWCC per calendar year are free. Additional visits are charged a fee.

For multi-family residents, there is a $20 fee for trash disposal and a $15 fee for appliances with Freon or coolant.
