If you’re looking to dispose of waste in Fayette County, Ohio, you’ll need to know the hours of operation for the local dump. The Transfer & Landfill Station is located at 1580 Robinson Road in Washington Court House, OH 43160.
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 11:15 am and 12 noon to 3 pm
- Saturdays: 8:30 am to 11 am (only residential waste is accepted)
- Closed Sundays and all holidays
Fees
The fees for using the Transfer & Landfill Station vary depending on the type of waste you’re disposing of.
- Household and Industrial Waste (Trash, Carpet, Paper, Plastic, Cardboard, Furniture): $70 a ton, with a minimum charge of $20 for up to 571 pounds.
- Construction and Demolition Waste (Dwellings, Structures, Fixtures, Concrete, Dirt, Rock, Fencing): $35 a ton, with a minimum charge of $20 for up to 1143 pounds.
- Brush and Yard Waste (Brush, Limbs less than 3″ in diameter, Grass, Leaves, Shrubs): $35 a ton, with a minimum charge of $20 for up to 1143 pounds.
- Tires: $5 for Car / Pick-Up, $15 for Semi, $25 for Small Tractor or Floater, $45 for Large Tractor.
Accepted Materials
The Transfer & Landfill Station accepts a wide variety of materials, including:
- Household waste
- Industrial waste
- Construction and demolition waste
- Brush and yard waste
- Tires
Prohibited Materials
The Transfer & Landfill Station does not accept the following materials:
- Liquids
- Asbestos
- Chemicals
- Hazardous waste
Additional Information
- Cash or check only. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
- Last load accepted 15 minutes prior to gate closing.
- All prices are effective September 1, 2021.
