The municipal waste received at the facility is tipped on the floor of the Transfer Station, loaded into trucks, and taken to the Eco Vista Landfill in Tontitown.
When bringing trash to the Transfer Station, first pull up to the scale house window where your vehicle will be weighed. Our staff person will instruct you on where to unload your trash, and once you have unloaded, you will return to the scale house where your vehicle will be weighed again to determine the cost of disposal.
