The Land O’ Lakes town dump is open during the following hours:

  • Sunday: 9 am – 12 pm
  • Thursday: 12 pm – 4 pm

• Summer (Memorial Weekend to September 30th):

Regulations

There are a few regulations that you must follow when using the Land O’ Lakes town dump. These regulations include:

• Only Town of Land O Lakes residents and taxpayers are allowed to use the facility.
• Only the following waste products may be disposed of at the transfer station: household garbage, aluminum cans, glass bottles and jars, plastic milk, soda and detergent bottles, scrap metal, tin & steel cans, and all paper products.
• No tires or concrete products are allowed.
• Household garbage must be placed in the compactor.
• Recyclables must be placed in the recycling compactor.
• There is no need to sort or bag the recyclables.
• Please review the recycling list before disposing of any items.
