Refuse Permit

To ensure residents receive the appropriate rate, each household located in the RM of Rockwood and the Town of Teulon will be assigned a Refuse Permit to be presented to the attendant at the Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) and Waste Disposal Grounds (WDG). Each household will receive one (1) permit free of charge.

Additional Information

  • The Stonewall Dump is closed on all holidays.
  • Large volumes of waste may require special arrangements. Please contact the dump staff in advance to discuss your needs.
  • Liquid waste and dead animals are not accepted at the Stonewall Dump.
  • There is a 100% surcharge on all non-sorted waste.
