Strongsville, Ohio City Dump Hours and Information

The Strongsville City Dump, also known as the Foltz Parkway Transfer Station, is located at 16099 Foltz Parkway behind the Strongsville Municipal Building. It is open to Strongsville residents for the disposal of excess household refuse, scrap metal, tires (off the rim only), car batteries, appliances, and yard waste.

Dump Hours:

Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fees:

There are no fees for Strongsville residents to use the dump. However, proof of residency is required.

Other Information:

The dump is under video surveillance. Anyone dumping illegally may be fined.
Freon no longer has to be removed from appliances brought to the transfer station. Republic Waste will remove it.
Used motor oil is accepted by several area businesses.
The dump does not accept latex paint. Dispose of latex paint by taking the lids off the cans and letting the paint dry out, then setting it out with the rest of your trash on your regular collection day.
