If you’re in need of a dump in Hampton CT, there are a few things you’ll need to know before you go. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:
Hampton CT Dump Hours
The Hampton CT Transfer Station is open to all Town residents every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for disposal of bulky waste items, metal, waste oil, batteries, leaves and brush.
What You Can and Cannot Dispose of at the Dump
The Hampton CT Transfer Station accepts the following items:
- Bulky waste items
- Metal
- Waste oil
- Batteries
- Leaves
- Brush
The Transfer Station does not accept the following items:
- Household trash
- Household recyclables
Fees
There is a $10 fee for a sticker that must be affixed to the lower driver’s side portion of the windshield of the vehicle. Stickers are valid for one fiscal year (7-1 through 6-30).
Directions to the Dump
The Transfer Station is located at the intersection of Bear Swamp Road (off Flanders) and Peach Farm Road.
From Rte. 66, head south on Rte. 196, take left onto Flanders Road, take left onto Bear Swamp Road.
