Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre Hours of Operation
The Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre is now open permanently from 7am to 5pm, seven days a week, all year round, with the exception of Good Friday and Christmas Day.

The Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre is located at 81 Riverview Road, Riverview.
What Materials Are Accepted?
The Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre accepts a wide range of materials, including:
- General waste
- Recyclables (such as paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal)
- Green waste
- Concrete
- Bricks
- Dirt
- E-waste

Fees
There are no fees to dispose of general waste at the Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre. However, there are fees for some other materials, such as:
- Green waste: $25 per cubic meter
- Concrete: $25 per cubic meter
- Bricks: $25 per cubic meter
- Dirt: $25 per cubic meter
- E-waste: $10 per item
- Tires: $10 per tire
- Oil: $5 per liter

- Aluminum cans: $0.50 per kilogram
