Residential Trash Collection Guidelines
Container Placement
- Place containers on the street with wheels against the curb
- Set out by 7 a.m. on collection days
- Remove containers on the same day
- Maintain at least 3 feet of clearance from parked cars, mailboxes, and obstacles
Trash Preparation
- All trash must be bagged
- Do not overfill containers – lids must close completely
- Maximum weight limit: 45 lbs per can or bag

- Textiles (donate if lightly used)

- Construction waste
